You’ve spent months planning your wedding, NOW it is time to let me help you tie it all together! This service begins about 3-5 months prior to your wedding, allowing me to gather all of the information and planning that you’ve done, and take it to the next level. I will work with the vendors that you’ve chosen, pull all of the details together and make your dream wedding come to life. Included in this package:
*Complete a final walk-through at the ceremony and reception sites and attend any final meetings with your vendors
*I will be available and on-site during the wedding weekend
*Direct the rehearsal (along with the wedding officiant)
*Hand out final payments and tips/gratuities
*Coordinate the entire wedding day and timeline with each and every vendor
*Wrap-up with the venues to make sure that any rentals or vendor items are returned
*Make sure your gifts and any other décor items and personal effects are taken to their pre-determined locations
*Set-up and tear-down assistance

The Final Planning package is a step between Partial Planning and Day-Of Coordination. In the Final planning package you find your vendors (or some), get your date set, and create design/décor ideas, I take it from there and finish up the rest. I will help find the last few vendors, if you need help. I will locate rentals and items that you want to use in your wedding for décor. Anything else you need help with in finalizing your plans, I will do for you and with you! This package also includes managing your rehearsal and day-of coordination services.
Final Planning package price: $1800
The Partial Planning package covers the same amount of guidance as the Complete Planning package, with a little more help from you. If you already have ideas but want help with the big stuff, this package is the one you want. I can provide you with almost the same services as the Complete Planning package but at a lower price, to help keep you within your budget.
In order to make this package work, you will need to put in a little extra work yourself. I will do the heavy lifting of finding venues, vendors, and design guidance, but you will be responsible for meeting the vendors directly and making all of the final bookings yourself. Once you have those bookings in place, I take over and manage everything with the vendors directly.
Partial Planning package price: $3500
This is the biggie…The entirety of the wedding planning is taken off of your shoulders (well, mostly!). I will guide you through the decision making process and let you choose the amount you’d like to be involved with, allowing you to relax and have fun rather than stressing over the details! I do everything so that you get to handle the fun stuff! You’ll receive weekly email updates, I will create TO-DO lists for you to complete, and will present to you a full plan and design work-up with as much (or as little) input you’d like to provide. Collaboration is key – I will work with the area’s best designers and vendors to make our vision of your perfect day come alive! As part of this package, I manage your budget and will be keeping a timeline for all deposit and payment amounts due, keeping you well informed of these. This package also includes managing your rehearsal and day-of coordination services.
Complete Planning package price: $8500
If you want to plan your own wedding, but feel like you need some help in one or two areas, I am happy to provide assistance on an hourly basis.
Hourly price: $45/hr

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Catering companies are everywhere, from small businesses and personal chefs to large catering companies and restaurants providing catering services. Who do you choose? How do you choose? I have experience with these and can find exactly what you are looking for.
Do you need a bartender? If you are planning on serving alcohol, you will need a certified and licensed bartender. If your venue doesn’t provide bartending services, I can find the right bartender for your event.
Depending on where your wedding will take place, we can find exactly the right rental items that you are looking for. From linens and chairs, to chandeliers and photo-booths, from bar-wear to portable heat or air conditioning, there are a lot of rental companies to choose from. Whatever it is that you are looking for, I will find it!

You want to plan your own wedding, but have no idea where to start! Let me guide you through your first steps and get you started on your journey! I will provide you with checklists and other tools that you can use to be successful
COORDINATOR SUPPORT PLANNING CONSULTATION
Often, a couple will enlist a close friend or relative to be their wedding day coordinator. To help them provide the best coordination for your big day, I can work with the couple and their coordinator(s) and help to find and fill any gaps in your plan. This can be accomplished in one or two sessions, with one complimentary follow-up call (and any further sessions to be billed separately).
$300 (one 4-hr or two 2-hr sessions)
Included in your coordinator support planning consultation:
Ceremony: Who walks with who and when, what to do before and after, etc.
Day-of: Every detail is covered! This includes a timeline of the day, who is responsible for set-up, design, meeting vendors, providing tip and final payment envelopes, and everything in between!
Create a vendor list: We will create the vendor list together, including times of delivery or arrival, names and contact information.
Rentals: It may seem like a tedious task, however going through all of your rental needs as a team will ensure that nothing is missed or overlooked. We will create a list which you can take to your vendors to verify that everything you need is taken care of.
After our meeting I will send you a complete digital packet with all of the details we have covered, organized by topic and with a TO-DO list to ensure nothing is missed.
